I've just been given a pasta maker and tried it out for the first time this afternoon. I can't believe how easy it is! But I have a few questions for anyone who also makes their own.
What recipe/s do you use? I just used a basic egg and flour but I'm keen to try spinach and anything else I can think of.
What do you dry your pasta on?
Can you store home made pasta? If so, what is the best way? Can you freeze it?
And, if you make ravioli what are you favourite fillings?
I'm so excited about my fettucine...just hope it tastes as good as it looks!
