So my husband and I were so happy to find out we were pregnant, It was our first month of ttc we had never been pregnant before and couldnt wait to become parents.
Obv it wasnt ment to be we went for our 7 week scan on Thursday and there was no heart beat and no change since my can 10 days earlier.
When we went to the doctors on Friday we found out my hcg levels were not rising enough that with the scan results the doctor told us that there would be no baby.
So I have to wait for it to happen naturaly I will give it a few more days I really want it to happen naturally but I really dont want this to take to long I am feeling sad yesterday was hard. Today not so bad as long as I dont over think the whole situation.

I hope nature does its thing soon for you.

I was lucky (can't think of a better word) with my mc as we had had one scan that didn't look good and was waiting for the next one to confirm when nature took things into her own hands. It was very sad but also a relief for it to be over.

Oh brilee - I'm so sorry this has happened.
You'll have a few more sad days ahead of you unfortunately as its a crappy crappy wait.
I do hope your body will kick into action and sort things out quickly.
Try and look after yourself - even if its just getting yourself up and dressed. If you feel up to more - try something treaty to take your mind off things (not really possible I know but worth a shot)

HUGS - PM me if you need anyone to talk to.

Aww miscarriages are so sad and unfortunately there's about a 25% chance with every pregnancy - something that shocked me but also helped me understand that I had not done anything bad, or that it 'wasn't meant to be'. I hope it happens naturally for you. The hormones as well as the m/c can make you feel emotionally fragile so take it easy

Thanks guys,
I have just spoken with my doctor and have asked him to arrange a D&C
I just want to take control and I dont want to wait for weeks It is the worst feeling knowing that what could'v been my bub is still in there but not growing,
Last night I had some blue vein cheese and Moet Champaign it made me feel a little better,
I had the strangest exp a few months ago a client of mine out of the blue said just beacuse you miscarry it doesnt mean that all your hopes and dreams for your bub wont come true. Everything you wished for and hoped for will still happen it will go on to become everything only up in heaven. Now that means so much more to me,
It turns out she is an experienced Psychic
Obv it wasnt meant to be,

Brilee - I'm really sorry to hear your news, its a really hard time - and I hope that it will happen quickly for you so you don't have to go in for a D&C - I only had one as I was a bit further along.
*hugs*

Brilee I had a D&C in October - I felt...shocked, scared, overwhelmed, uncertain, tearful, alone. The proceedure itself was fine, the surgical team were lovely and sypathetic. I found it hard seeing so many other woman going through the same proceedure (or something similar). I thought I'd be cloistered away, but I found that I felt quite exposed. After the D&C I was upset by the blood - and was kept in for a few extra hours due to the amount of bleeding. Also felt a bit blah because of the drugs. I used a hot water bottle on my tummy for a few days, but really felt like period pains. I bled / had bloody discharge for longer than I expected.

Sorry if this sounds a bit rough - it was a tough time and I felt under prepared, so would hate for you to feel the same. What I really held on to was the fact that the was the end of that pregancy and that it was essential that it came to an end so I could move on and try again.

Good luck for tomorrow. I will be thinking of you!

Hi Brilee, so sorry to hear your sad news.

I had a D&C in Dec last year and honestly I much prefer that option than naturally - which I also did go through, but had retained prod so had to have D&C anyway.

I went private, the staff were all so wonderful, you just go in, get kitted out in all the sterile gear, the team quietly put you under and you are done. I don't react well to anesthetic so that made me feel a bit yuk, but only for an hour or so. I had hardly any bleeding afterwards and the following day felt much better.

The only thing you have to watch is that you can sometimes get an infection - so just keep an eye on discharge etc afterwards. If that happens it is easily treated by antibiotics.

Good luck hon, thinking of you.

Good Morning,

Well I had the D&C on Thursday I was the last one in so I had to wait for 4 hours, If i have to ever do this again I think it would be worth going private.

I was sore when I woke up so had some fab morphine and took a few days off work. I had my hair and brows done on friday which made me feel so much better.

Right now I feel like something big is missing in my life carrying that baby was the most amazing feeling, I got to 7 1/2 weeks but carried till 9 weeks.

We have decided to give it a few months take time for me to recover and get healthy in mind body and soul.

Thank you all so much for the support,

oxoxox
