Hi, Does anyone have any recipes for quick easy deserts that aren't too much effort? Only problem is i'm not allowed Ice Cream, Cocoa & Egg.

Really wanna have something else on my list other than Caramel Dumplings.

get some pastry (dont know if this is too much re the egg thing)...

some pears and some jam... cut your pastry into squares, spread with jam and place a pear on top... bake. serve with cream !
