DF and I have taken a liking to these cots. Has anyone used one or have any thoughts on them. The only thing that I am concerned about is that it does not have a drop down side (there reason being - "no more broken/faulty hinges". )
Any experience or thoughts would be much appreciated.
I personally dont like cots without drop down sides, but if you dont know any difference you wouldnt notice (I presume)
Its quite a distance to get a sleeping baby from your arms down to the level of a cot .. so drop down sides come in v handy. (And babies get pretty heavy fast!)
Only other thing is that it would be handy to have wheels on the bottom (or at least on two legs so you can pick one side up and roll it)

It's a nice looking cot and good price but I wouldn't be without a drop down side either. Ours certainly isn't broken or faulty and plus if its faulty it should be under warranty anyway if that happened. I had a sore back and had I needed to lift Daniel over the full height constantly it would have killed me.
I don't use the drop down function of my cot yet but its nice to have the option. What was it that you liked about the cot specifcally, maybe someone can tell you about another cot which matches those features better??
