Whats the best between - hemp jersey, hemp french terry and hemp fleece? Hemp jersey is only $14! Is it any good? I want to have a go at making some trifolds with hemp and microfibre.

I'm not sure about 2 of them but my hemp french terry inserts hold a lot!

Hemp Jersey is thinner than hemp fleece or hemp terry. The best type of hemp for inserts would be either hemp terry or hemp fleece. Just make sure when you sew the hemp fleece sew it with the fleecy side out otherwise the fleecey part can build up on the inside of the inserts. HTH's
