today Murphy broke my favourite mug. I placed the brown sugar on the shelf in the pantry/cupboard as i was unpacking groceries, (didnt put it on the shelf very well lol) and it fell down and took my favourite mug with it! not one of the crappy noes that hold half a cup of tea... no it took the big tall one

Awww that would suck!!

Murphy was a pain to me this morning...
We live on a farm and the motorbike got stuck in the paddock at 4am this morning. We took the tractor up to pull it out after milking and I said to my partner jokingly "you sure the tractor won't get stuck?".. "Not likely" was the reply....

The tractor got stuck good and proper!! So we have a motorbike and a tractor stuck in the paddock. I then had to get out of the tractor and the mud surrounding it was up to my knee so a gumboot of mud was the next fun thing... then I got stuck and proceeded to fall into it. All of this after a slow milking *roll eyes*

Lol, fun and games round here!!

Gotta love a hot shower after all that though

Oh goody it's not just me!!

C has been up at his "normal" time all week after a couple of really lovely weeks of sleep ins. Today we're meant to be leaving the house at 8.45 to meet friends for the morning ..... he is still fast asleep and I am still in my PJs and I am so gutted I am probably going to have to wake him in 15 minutes so that we can be on time

Typical!

(Not to mention, instead of waiting for him to wake me like I have been lately, I got up early so that we can go out early. Sleep in time wasted!!!)

Poo man came to empty the septic tank (I mean "poo man" in the kindest possible way - we've been looking forward to the poo man all week!!)...truck got stuck on the drive...we had to chop down a tree so he could get out!!!

I got chased by 4 galloping cows who were sure I had food (they have been hand reared so people = food!)

And the the typical murphy event in our household - New nappy = time to fill our pants!!

Who said being a SAHM was boring!
