Made this today and it's DIVINE.

Mix:
100g meted butter, 1/2C sugar, 1C flour,1C desicated coconut and 1t baking powder.

Press into a sponge tray (20x30cm) and bake for 10 minutes at 180

Take out after 10 minutes and add:
- 1C walnuts, 1C dates (or prunes), 1C dried apricots. Scatter these over the top.
- Pour over 1 can of condensed milk

Bake for another 20 minutes or till golden.

It's heaven on a plate (and it has nuts and fruit so must be good for you!)
