Hi

Anyone had experience or know much about Milano baby capsules.
We were going to get a convertible car seat to do up until 5 or so years of age. However as we will probably be moving overseas when baby is about a year old I've been thinking a capsule would be better.
I really want to use the ISOFIX system in our car and am looking for a good capsule and base that is ISOFIX compatible. I've come across milano capsules that seem to be compatible, but I know nothing about this brand and I can't find a website for them.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Also, how long did your little one fit a capsule for? my family makes pretty big babies and my little man is measuring big already too!

Hi :)

We had a milano system (capsule + pram) and loved it. I can't actually remember how long DD was in the capsule for, but it was quite a while (and she was a decent sized bubba, 8lb 9oz at birth).

I loved that I could move the capsule to the pram when she was asleep, or just carry her inside in it, rather than having to wake her up.

It was easy to install, all the instructions were printed on the capsule, and I always felt that she was safe.

We got ours from Babycity - we got the tech rider travel system, and the pram was perfect for when she was older. We have lent the pram to someone to use, and I plan to use it with our next one.

Hope this helps.

Where are you moving to? Maybe if you get a carseat that would fit the safety standards there you can take it with you?
some kids only last 3 months in a capsule some 6 some a year etc.

Hi Leishamareee and Greenery,

Thanks for your replies,   Great to hear positive feedback about the capsules.
Sea re probably going to the UK, possibly Australia. I was just thinking today I could take it with us as we will need one wherever we are.
I've seen on a few car seats that they are aviation authority approved to be used on an aeroplane, I never know babies needed aeroplane car seats?

We've never used one on a plane, but we've only ever flown domestically with our daughter
