Topic: Fuzzi Bunz small vs medium sizing Posted: 04 June 2010 at 12:08pm |
Hi
I have a small fuzzi bunz that I brought to try out for my boy. He fits this on the 3rd snap for legs (almost at the largest snap) but is on the tightest snap for waist.
I'm thinking about getting the mediums for him, can anyone tell me how much wider the mediums are across the waist. Or what the width is of the mediums done up at the tightest snap.
I'm guessing he is 6.5kg, so I know that he's not quite in that size, but with all the great sales on this weekend am thinking about buying a few. But I guess I want to be realistic about when they will fit.

ok so the small at the back measures 36cm, across the front is 30cm, length is 36cm, on smallest snaps - stretched like its being worn is 20cm
the med across the back is 40cm, across the front is 30cm, length is 40cm, on smallest snaps - stretched like its being worn is 23cm
green is the small, butter is the med

I don't have any to compare but you can always cross over the tummy snaps if its a bit big

Tastic, thanks that is very indepth. Would you be able to post a pic of them done up on there smallest settings with the smallest on top, medium underneath? I'm a very visual person.
Kebakat, I had heard you can do that , but wondered with the new style if it would work as well?

I use to have a new style one and it was too big for Daniel and I was able to cross them over. it didn't look as neat as the old style but it still worked

Another way to work out what size is best is by weight, like the disposable nappies you buy at the supermarket.
We sell the Honey Child nappies which are very similar to the Fuzzi Buns (slightly smaller).
Our small is for babies 2-6Kg or Newborns. Medium 5-10Kg (2-12months) and our large is 9-16Kgs ( 10months onwards)
Hope that gives you some guide
