hi im currently 18+3 weeks pregnant, had a scan yesterday and have found out that I have very low fluid, has anyone else had this? Apparently it's common from 30+ weeks but they don't see alot of it earlier like I am. I have a scan next week, which will determine the outcome of the pregnancy. Am so lost right now and don't want to google it as I know it came just leave you more over whelmed, would love to hear from someone who has also had this!!

I had really low fluid a little bit later in pregnancy and basically I didn't drink enough! or anything really

I started drinking 3 1/2 ltrs a day, until my levels got back to normal & then made sure that I drank 2-3 ltrs a day. I went from 8 to 10.5 on the first scan & then to 12 on the third.

Also rest lots, put your feet up if you can, don't get too hot, you can build up your fluid so cross fingers this works for you.

It's interesting, at the start you pee lots but you get thirster the more water you have, I guess it's cause you're rehydrating yourself
