Where can you get decent quality toy animals.. not soft ones but like plastic or whatever else they are made out of. I don't want ones that come in a bag and are crap cause the legs bend and break etc.
I saw some in toy world and they range in price from $5 - $15 per animal but I wondered if there were anywhere else
I have got most of Lukes ones from places like Arthurs Emporium, $2 shop etc. I have never bought the ones in the bags for the same reasons as you said, but the individual ones that you find are fine. We have lots, they live a tough life and still going stong!

Kmart have them. The really good quality ones from memory I think they are $5-$10 . Also maybe try the $2 shop. I got DD a couple form there and they are heavy plastic stufff and seem to be fine.
I love the Schliech one. I think they sell them at Toy World and a smaller range at Kmart.
They are awesome and the poor Lion even survived a dog attack which I was impressed with. DS loves them, and although they are pricey I know they will last for my kids and probably grankids also. DS2 has got his hands on them once or twice and they have also survived intense chewing.
You can get the Schleich ones on sale so you just have to keep your eye out. The Kmart hers only have 10-15 of them whereas the other stores I buy from have nearly the full range and have loyalty cards so get a couple free after buying 8-10 of them.
