I've just fixed mine even after having a long chat with Polly (i think it was her) from Honeychild. All my inserts from them now have done that type of thing so I don't think that it is something you are doing. Even the free ones they gave me have done it.. its annoying.

It's really weird though, cause the inserts themselves arrived fine. And then when I got sent a couple of free ones after talking to Polly I gave them a few pulls to see if they were gonna fall apart and they seemed strong and fine. But after about 5 or so washes they started coming apart.

Weird, maybe its the powder your using eating the stitching or something. I use ecostore.

i dont think powder eats stitching, otherwise all her clothes would be falling apart too!!! LOL!

obviously a few teething problems with the new nappies and factory... i'm sure if you get back in touch with them they will do their best to make sure it is fixed.

I have always used ecostore until not long ago when i changed to persil.

I know i got the bad batch of nappies but i think i mustv got the bad batch of everything!!! it was the new inserts from HC that i had to send back and now the old freeway ones are doing the same

When i rung them about the fault the lady was really nice which was great but still its inconvenient having to send them back

You should try and get some free stuff for the inconvenience of it.

Yeah its inconvenient to send it back each time which is why I've given up and just fixed the stuff myself even though it voids the warranty yadda yadda yadda lol
