I've had a few days recently when my daughter was sick that I let her vegetate in front of the TV. I was forced to watch the Love to Sing at the Zoo over and over and over again. I used to like this DVD but now...We have to sing that annoying catchy “we’re all going to the zoo zoo zoo song” every time we even drive past the zoo. I can never remember what all the animals are doing so have to make it up “see all the baboons hump hump humping…”

And speaking of humps; Alice the camel, do you really think anyone cares how many humps you’ve had? Most people keep that sort of information to themselves. And you obviously have major body image issues if you also have to pretend you're a horse.

Gus the hippo; You only catch the bus to avoid the police because you are clearly a drug dealer or a pimp. Who else would hang out on street corners wearing a blue striped suit and yellow shoes.

The flying pink pig. If I ever get my hands on you I’m going to pop you with a needle.

Leo the lion and Terrence the tiger; Please escape and eat those precocious kids in the DVD with all their animal facts (I started making up annoying personalities for them after about the 8th time in a row).

The elephant. You’re okay. I still like you.

The gorilla. My daughter loves you. But if I ever catch you ‘down in the jungle where no body goes’ with her I’ll set my dog onto you.

Okay, I feel better now.

Don't you just love kids, they get into something and want to listen to it over and over again, my boys love to listen to the same thing in the car all the time, my husband hates it, for me I don't mind, my children are lucky I was a kindergarten teacher before I had them and I had this at work all the time, I could get asked to read the same book 10 times straight after each other by many children!!!

ooh so much to rant about:

Mummy and Daddy Pig - teach your daughter some manners and respect for others. She will have no friends left the rate she is going. And ger her sinuses/adenoids checked out

Thomas the Tank - it doesn't always have to be about you. Get over yourself

Swiper the Fox - Just ignore them when they say 'no swiping' and take what you want. Words will never hurt you

Dora - Just F*&k the f*&k off
