The problem

Details
Respigen (salbutamol) 100 microgram inhalation aerosol. With a batch number 9F282A and expiry date 05/2012. The batch number can be found either on the base of the box or by removing the silver can from inside the blue plastic cover.
Respigen inhalation aerosol is a blue, reliever-type inhaler, containing salbutamol, used to control the symptoms of asthma.
What to do
Return the inhaler to a pharmacy as soon as possible for a free replacement.
Continue to use the inhaler if you need it prior to obtaining a replacement.
Follow your asthma management plan if symptoms are not controlled, which may include increasing the dose or frequency of use of the inhaler.
Contact a health care professional if you have any concerns about the management of your asthma.
