How long are you meant to heat a wheat pack for in the microwave?

I can't remember for sure, but maybe about a minute? Probably depends on the size. They also recommend putting a glass of water in with it too, to absorb some of the energy, but it does make the wheat bag slightly damp

It really depends on the microwave, our old one I had to put it in for 2.5mins but the new one is more like 1.5min. Maybe try zapping it for a minute at a time

I heat mine for about 1.5 mins on high with a cup of water, and if I want it hotter I just zap it for a few seconds at a time to check it.

3 - 5 minutes makes our long one nice and hot. Burns a bit to start with but gee it helps... I had to use it on my poor sore nipples in early PG. Only thing that would stop the pain was basically roasting them

I used to do mine for two minutes, but depends on the size. Perhaps do one minute then keep adding half a minute until its hot enough for you.
