Ladies, lets talk food!

I am coming up to Auckland this weekend for the Chilis, and DH and I are thinking about going to the seafood buffet at Observatory restaurant.

Has anyone been before? What was it like? Do you think it is worth the expense?

We almost want to get an Auckland Entertainment Book for the voucher, but I am not sure exactly how much the voucher saves you... Anyone know that too??

Mmmm... seafood.... (one benefit of not being preggers I guess). Oops! That was baby talk!!!

I am not sure what the Oberservatory is like, but normally the Entertainment Book allows one person to dine free or you get quite a good discount off the total bill. We get the Entertainment Book every year and save so much money when we go out!

Yeah, I have a Wellington book. If the discount is buy one get one free it would be worth it, but probably not if it were 25% off. We'd only end up using the book once!
