Mine was only 37 at 15dpo with this pregnancy, like Yummy Mummy the nurse told me it was 'very low' but I demanded to know the # then freaked out that it was too low coz mine was 250-something at 14dpo with the gremlins. But it doubled fine and here I am at 15 weeks.

This left side pain is driving me bonkers. I used to have it all the time but when I pregnant with Elle it settled down but now it is back with a vengance...constant stinging ache on the lower left side. Since I've had it before I presume it is fine.

Yup, I had it with the gremlins too. I even convinced myself, and the GP, that it was an ectopic pregnancy and had a scan at 5 weeks to rule it out. Talk about paranoid! Looking back now I can't believe how stupid I was - or how looooong that first 2-3 weeks from when you find out to when you can see the heartbeat on a scan are!

Remember it is possible to Ov twice in a month so you might have conceived a couple of days later with with Elle. Hope all goes well.

Fiona, I had low HCG in my last pregnancy too, so I have a reasonable idea of how consuming the worry can be! My outcome wasn't the best, but what I learnt from the experience is that there really is a gigantic range with HCG levels.
I had literally about 20 women either PM me or post to me about their low HCG and then their going on to have a successful pregnancy.
My point is to try not to worry about it. I know it's hard and I am probably a hypocrite for saying this, but a positive attitude is fantastic.
The other great thing is that no-one gets frustrated when you post here and ask questions. Everytime I was worried, I told others here of my worry and I got a bucket of supportive posts back. Sometimes it's what carried me through to the next day.
The fact that you are getting a clear positive on your tests sounds like a great thing to me (I was the opposite) so fingers crossed for a successful 8 more months in the September thread together!!!
PM me if you want to chat about anything.

Thanks :)
It's really ok. That can be the prob with these sites. If you say your worried people think "oh here we go, someone stressing over nothing" and it's not like that at all. It's just a small niggly worry, not an OMG the world is ending worry :)
Oh! Baby is great in that way as everyone is really lovely but it's not so on some other forums. I'm always cautious to post questions just in case someone misinterprets them but at the end of the day more heads are better than one so it's good to ask.
I'm not worried at all today as I've got my head around it all, worked out my cycles were 30 days and hence I was only 12 dpo when the test was done. My bbs are REALLY sore today (not bigger though which is unfair as I NEED bigger!!! LOL) and I'm feeling a bit tired so all good signs :) Just so happy to be preggers!
I think part of it was that it happened so easily and I'm used to having a long slow road to pregnancy so it almost seemed to good to be true. :)

Ha ha Fiona. I would love for my boobs to get bigger too!! But nope, no such luck as yet....
Glad you're quite happy with everything. I am a bit of a stresshead - am just trying my best to take it easy this time.

I havent noticed any posts insinuating that in this thread, from what I have read and posted myself people are supporing you and letting you know how common it is to have low HCG levels. More than anything I think its others wanting to help you not worry too much.
SOrry if you have read the posts differently and taken them other ways.

Noooooooooooooooooooooo that is what I was saying that DOESN'T happen here but I'm weary of it from the past from somewhere else. Oh! Baby is great and this thread has been fab. Just wanted to reasure that I'm ok in case someone thought otherwise :)
