Perhaps ask how your back may affect things when you are heavily pregnant as that may make you back problem worse and would be good to know what pain relief etc you can have for that.
I suppose once you know whether or not they will do elective c/s then you will know what questions to ask. They may want to give you general to do it as a spinal might not be possible in your case. In which case they will probably talk to you a bit about the actual procedure and how it varies from having a spinal (I know that your partner can be at a spinal but not if you have a general).
You will probably find that they will talk over all the options with you and give you information to take away and mull over, and that you will be able to discuss questions at a later appointment, or perhaps via phone, or you midwife could probably answer most of them as well.

Thanks :D I am very nervous about seeing chiropractors, ive had bad experiences in the past. They're referring me to physio so that will be a start I guess. I just hate not knowing what I have to do :/

Alex, I'm sorry today didn't go as planned & I really don't know what to say. I would think that recovery after a c/sect could be more for your body to deal with than a vb as would normally be the case.  Your body goes thru the same preperation ie ligaments & muscles getting ready for birth & you will have the same hormonal changes whichever way you go.  Maybe if you could find or the specialist could give you some information where there have been successful cases similar to yours it would give you a bit more confidance & reasurance.
