It sounds like things are definitely starting for you Nic!
My first labour began with my bloody show, which was big blobs of brown cm, and niggly cramps which were enough to keep me awake but not proper contraction type pains.
I really hope things continue to progress into labour for you, fingers crossed!

Yep I would say it's all starting for you. With DD I had some cramping in the night, then woke at 4am needing a BM and had plug come out. 4.5 hours later I was holding my little girl. All the best for your labour

you should try acupressure or something. google it, there are some points between your thumb and forefinger which apparently can bring on labour.
