well my AF has been pretty regular since having Astin but now that we have decided for sure to start TTC soon the damb witch has disapeared!!!  (and no im not pregnant if thats what your thinking  ) it has just been a little...TMI....smear of red every now and then and i am now up to week 10 of no AF!!
Is there any ways of bringing it on and regulating it so i can start charting???

I don't know about ways to bring it on other than meds, but it couldn't hurt to start charting now to try and get some idea where you're at.

Also herbal medicine. There are a few good herbalist in the BOP area. Try and look up a reputable Medical Herbalist, maybe one specialising in fertility.

maybe look at speaking with a doctor-because i had no AF for a while and doctor discovered something wrong that was preventing it.

Have you tried raspberry leaf tea?
Raspberry leaf tea is used to tone your uterus and help with menstruation. According to the website I just checked it also helps those suffering menopausal syptoms, is also recommended for men having mid-life crisis with exhausted adrenals (???), promotes fertility in men and women, prevents post-partum depression and hypertension, and with blessed thistle increases breast- milk production.

you could try herbs or the doctor will give you 5 days of provera and when you stop taking them it comes on...I didnt have mine for 3 months after coming off the pill but later found I had pcos so thats probably why!
love the other ideas people suggested  lol
