It must be dif. in dif areas perhaps? My mw was paid for part of my delivery. I had emg. section after a 12 hour labor. Her backup was in the c section too.
Back to the topic though, I hope you have managed to solve your MZ issues with your partner FosterCashew. Looking back both myself and my husband really wish we had not been too scared to change mw. Our confidence was depleting at each visit and then the labor was a nightmare, our gut instinct was right.
This time I have been very picky with who I had as mw (also have ob due to previous complications & c section) and from the start we decided if either of us didn't feel we could 100% trust her to to the most imoprtant job of delivering our baby we would drop her and just go with the ob at the hospital.
So far so ggo though
