I have one of these babies in my hot 'lil hands at the moment. I have had a few back issues, and I am getting regular massage to help, and have been referred to the hospital physio.

In the meantime, do these cause early onset of labour etc or are they safe to have a fiddle with, to see if it helps now?

Safe to fiddle, they just send a message to the brain to help block the pain receptors... you should have a play beforehand so you know how to use it Though there are 2 types so make sure its the one for labour
