Hi,
I've just done a mix list on my I-Tunes so I can have my music at the birth, just wondering if anyone's had any problems with this not being allowed AND what's going on your mix tape?

Love to hear from you...

I've been thinking the same thing... I think I want some up beat music for mine.. like music I use when I'm working out- becuase it improves my mood and makes me think "I can do this"!!!

I was htinking we could just use hubbys I phone if they wont allow anything larger-

I'm birthing in hospital (national womens) - I will ask next appointment if they let you etc! .. if anyone else knows that would be great though!

Never used music at either, didn't get around to arranging for number one & #2 was way to fast.

I'd have a little CD player & take it all in with you. They should let you play it, you're in a private room on your own usually.

I made a play list but couldn't be bothered with any music in the end. So ended up with just silence and chatting to dp/mw

Agree with A&C, take your own ipod speakers/cd player, you'll be allowed to use it.

My list consisted of black seeds, fat freddies etc... That type of music!

We had a portable CD player and made a birth CD with all our favourites on... I loved it because now whenever I hear the songs I remember her birth
