Heavens I gave birth at 30 weeks, they sure hadn't recruited my replacemen. Guess what, they coped.
As to what week other mums worked until, that has NOTHING to do with how you are. Some will have had to quit at 12 weeks, others at 38, but that has absolutely no relevance to you.
Struggling during pregnancy is a sure sign that you need to take care of yourself. You are busy incubating, that takes a lot out of you without everything else too.
Be kind to yourself.
