Oh yeah salty chips helped get rid of the watery feeling in my mouth! Salt and vinigar ones.

Do people at work know you're pregnant? It's hardest when you're suffering from ms alone. I kept telling people I had the flu or a tummy bug as it coincided with lots of bugs going around the office.

Keep snacking on dry and salty foods. Take time off too if you need to.

Anything to do with potato seems to be helping.
Only one person at work knows but thankfully I'm not at work today. So far I have felt fine today.

It's sitting at work without fresh air and not being able to snooze I think makes me feel ick.
