I tried a really good drink at a friends the other day that I reckon it might be helpful for ms. It's a kapiti kitchen cordial (ginger & lemon) & it tastes homemade - sooooo good! It's a bit too late for me to see if it helps with ms, but I've found it online if you want to have a hunt around for it. You never know, it might do the trick!

The other thing that I had right through for ms both times around, was the Baker Halls blackcurrant & cranberry fruit syrup. (Just from the supermarket) It has added vit c, folate, calcium & iron which I figured was a plus! I usually put some in the bottom of a mug and topped it up with hot water. Sipping away at it during the day really seemed to keep the nausea at bay.
Ooh and I was still nauseus @13wks when we went to the parent & child show - one of the stands gave me a free preggie pop and it really worked!
Hugs hun, it is hard to get past that patch of feeling so rotten - esp when for you it lasts longer. Bethany had a really rough patch that co-incided with my first trimester this time around (it involved lots of screaming and very little sleeping) so it's not uncommon, and it doesn't last forever I promise! Remember you can only do what you can do. Hang in there x
