A bit late asking but I have never known what the following abbreviations stand for:

AF
BD
BFP

I think I got them right. I think they pretty much refer to periods, sex and pregnancy but I don't know exactly. Probably other ones I can't remember that I often wonder about too...

AF - Aunt Flow - period.

BD - Baby dance - sex.intercourse.

BFP - Big fat positive - positive result on pregnancy test.

Also there is a thread under the Admin section bit called FAQ, Link which has all the abbreviations and the meanings!
