We've got one and are going through stages of using it. We are in the not using it stage atm and have been for a while lol
I had some problems with my teeth during my pregnancy and as a result am avoiding anything to acidic, especially juices so it's just sitting in the cupboard for now.
Anyway, I have a book called The Juice Diet which has some nice recipes in it. Will dig it out later and have a look for some of my favourites and repost.
We go through fits and starts of juicing. Most common is orange and carrot. The orange juice takes away the 'savoury' carrot flavour. The good thing about carrots is that they are always relatively cheap!
It always feels like such a good tonic when you down a glass of fresh juice. And a great way to get your 5+ a day!
My daughter loves fresh juice as long as it has a sweet rather than savory taste. What sort of juicer do you have? - mine wouldn't cope with some of those ingredients....garlic, ginger, spinach.
I think if I get into & use it daily then I will up grade to a more powerful one...don't know enough about them at moment....will go book looking this week, any excuse
