Topic: dairy intolerance? Posted: 10 May 2007 at 2:45pm |
Just wondering if anyone has any experience about this to help me...
I haven't had any morning sickness at all (a bit queazy when i'm hungry, but that's it) but this week after i had a glass of milk I had to throw up. I gave it a couple of days then tried a glass of milk again, no vomiting. But today, within 10 minutes of eating a sandwich with cheese in it I vomited.
I've had a yoghurt for breakfast every day for the last few months an cheese sandwiches most days (except yesterday). So what's going on? Is it just a late-starting of typical morning sickness or could it be something more?
Help, please

Yeah, I was wondering that. It just seems so random though - I can have it one day and not the next...

Yup, I got it with cream and anything remotely creamy like pasta with cheesy sauces. Also really greasy things like hash browns

oh, good to hear it happens to others (not that i'd wish it on anyone!). Saw my midwife yesterday and she seems to think it might just be hormones kicking in, although no one ever knows.
I guess I'll just keep on eating stuff and hope for the best (and carry plastic bags around with me...).

I eat what my bodies craving when Im pregnant, thankfully this time round its mainly vege hehe (oh yeah with the odd occasions of me having serious choc cravings making me eat 3pks choc bikkies ).
Hope it settles for you and you cna get back to eating those foods again, my poor sister is about 16wks aswell and her cravings now are foods shes allergic to and cant eat alot of foods shes not allergic to, she still can't keep anything down for long.
