Hi

I need to find a carer for the not-ginger (10 months) once a fortnight on a Thursday morning. The little ginger will be attending WEIT in Lower Hutt and it's something that needs my full concentration really, as well as it not being fair to the other Mums and kids at WEIT to have a little not-ginger distraction.

Can anyone recommend a carer or institution, or anyone/place at all really for us to consider? I'm not keen at all on putting her into care, but it's really important in this instance. I just don't know where to start ... We just moved to Kapiti a week ago, so I'm completely at sea!!

There are a few out this way but I would think because of it being a fortnightly thing you would probably have more luck with the in home ones like Barnadoes or Porse.

Where about in Kapiti are you. I am in Raumati - you can pm me if you want some secondhand (e.g. no personal experience but just stuff I have heard) information about a couple of places. Not stuff I would post on a public forum.
Also of you want info on other activities out this way let me know
