Sorry not sure - can you ring your MW or Healthline? Hopefully bubs would move if it didn't like it - good question!

I used several when I was preg with Thomas. He's fine. I mean, you're gonna know when it's too hot for yourself, that heat isnt going to directly transfer to bubs! its got a few layers to go thru :P

Treen I'm the same as you - I'm dairy & gluten intolerant, and gluten gives me intense abdominal pain. With Bethany my gut played up really badly for a while and my mw said wheat bags are great and to not hesitate to use them when I needed to. Bethany came out none the worse for wear ;) It is quite amusing when they kick and punch at them cuz they notice the heat through you though lol!

Hope you're feeling better soon - do you find that anything like kiwifruit, prunes, figs or dried apricots make any diff? I personally swear by a combination of kiwifruit and orange - there's something about the citrus combined with the kiwifruit that always helps ease things and get me on the loo - sorry if tmi!! :P
