I hear ya Sorry - no tips though. I think some foods for some people can make it worse, but I've never been able to figure it out in my case. I think last time for me it settled down a bit round 14 wks and was replaced by heartburn... But hey, at least we're UTD

Pregnancy often causes constipation, and even if you're still going every day you may still be leaving some behind to make you look a little bloated. Lovely, ain't it?
Eat a couple of kiwifruit every day - that should help. Besides being yummy I think they have folic acid and other essentials in them.

Ahh the joys of the first trimester

I had this with both my pregnancys and I also got bad wind pain to go with it, I found drinking more water and avoiding windy and fatty food helped, and also I ate Mylanta double strength like lollies!!! Miracle stuff!!!
I had such bad wind, that Id rather have labour pains that the wind I got!
