With food there is the list on the ministry of health guidelines (can't find the link).

This is the foddsafe guidlines link: http://www.nzfsa.govt.nz/consumers/food-safety-topics/foodborne-illnesses/pregnancy/index.htm

Other than food - heavy lifting, chemicals, passive smoking (or real smoking), drugs other than panadol and panadeine (although otherrs like alanase many doctors clear for use so you should check each thing with your LMC).

oh yeah - and housework...

...or maybe that is just me, lol!

yeah - thats all i can think of now. Congrats on the pregnancy!

depending on the chemicals really like high potent ones.
um i was told different things this pregnancy to last pregnancy so im totally confused, i for soem reason thought lavender was bad not sure why i thought that lol.
your midwife should give you the bounty pack again mine siad they usually ahve the maron one for mums whove already ahd bubs but she only had the blue ones so i got all teh same info i had with haleigh, if i cna find it i will give you the list.
it mainly watch out for raw foods like eggs and meats, no cold meats no soft cheeses or unpaturised dairy.
premade salads, deli foods.

There are a number of essential oils you should avoid as well.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

And avoid sushi (damn it!)
It's not the cold meat or raw fish - its actually cold rice that isn't so good!
