there are heaps of sites...seriously just type "baby shower" into google or msn and go from there...or "shower games" etc...
there are a few in usa that offer free invites but not sure they extend to nz...but if you are doing email invites sign up to hallmark.com and send some from there..it is free to use.

If you are emailing the invites, you can always "borrow" some graphics and do something in adobe or word to send out, or if you have a colour printer, just print them out once you have made them up, then you can use what you want to

Here's some baby shower game ideas sites I've quickly found:
babbee
Central
Genius (scroll down a bit)

Some of my favourite games are:
* softening chocolate, spreading it on newborn nappies, numbering them 1 to 8 (or so), and have people smell them and guess what type of chocolate they are - great icebreaker!
* Pass the parcel made of baby wraps or old-fashioned cloth nappies. The one I've seen had crunchy bars between layers.
* How many bottles are in the bottle? It's like jelly beans in a jar but it's milk bottles in a baby bottle. Closest guesser wins the bottle.
* Passing a journal around for words of advice/wisdom/encouragement for the mother.

Try www.evite.com for invites and stuff, free as far as I know, didn't get round to doing a baby shower as Fay was a bit keen to get here, but they have a party planning section too. I have used it for Xmas and birthday e cards recently and so far all free
