I know I should knwo the answer to this but the past few days I have had a very sore head. I've taken panadol and been drinking a lot of water and still the damn thing won't go away. My MW is away at the moment and i'm not all that keen on her backup. Should I be worried or just put it down to just having a headache?

If they start really bugging you, I get them most nights at the moment (overtiredness) and I have this lotion stuff i rub into my temples that works a treat if you want some. At least it might help it for a little while

Have you had high blood pressure before? Could be a sign that it is up a bit. I would maybe just give her a call and see what she says.

I had my BP checked, its 110/65 so its pretty normal so nothing really can be done. I'll suffer with the headache.

Becks I'd put it down to needing a "day off". Spend as much time as you can relaxing, go to bed if you want (the best thing would be to lie down, not sit and watch the telly!) Then you can call someone tomorrow if it persists.
