I have just realised that to give my employer 3 months notice of me finishing up I have to let him know in writing by this Thursday. I have searched my computer for my letter from my last pregnancy with Andrew but can't find it at all. Does anyone have their letter on their computer that they could send to me please my email is mccraezentveld@xtra.co.nz, so I can write this letter and give it to him tomorrow. (Take out any personal info if you want)

Hi Becks, I have just emailed you my recent letter to my boss applying for the same. I copied a template on the Dept of Labour website. Hope it helps

I was going to say have a look at the DOL website too. They have some examples:

They're pretty basic, but I guess that's all you need.
