Yea I did used to get those comments (when b/fing that is), especially after my first child - with her I lost all of my preggy weight AND another 5kg within 11mos (so under the 50kg mark and I'm 5'6"!!), I started having macaroni cheese or similar every lunchtime and still couldn't control the loss... and then I got pregnant with #2 lol.
What is saustagen? Never heard of it.
I've just started getting into yoghurt, something in there has really helped my energy levels, I guess it's a nice easy snack too.
When I was b/fing Briona in the early days I would make up a whole batch of cheese and pineapple so that every time I felt a little peckish, there was something really good in there for me to eat. Vit C & Calcium & Protein, gotta be good!
My uncle is my main question-er. It probably doesn't help that he has a daughter who has twice got preggy the same time as me and puts on weight very easily. Are you eating well? What do you do for exercise? etc etc. My SIL commented that maybe he is asking with friendly concern since my mum, his SIL, (who doesn't have good metabolism) is obese.

Tangled web, ay?
