I've got a stabbing pain on the left side of my groin, it started about lunchtime. I'm only 8 weeks and I have the cramping before but this is different. I feel ok otherwise.

Should I be worried.

go get it checked.. it could be stretching but could be other things too.. ring your MW if you have one.. or go to your GP.

Thanks I just txt my MW, she said probably just ligament pain and if there is no bleeding (which there isn't) to take a panadol and call her is doesn't go away.

Should have just txt her in the first place feel like a ditz now panicing about nothing.

hmmm make sure you relax this weekend then...take it easy is the best advice i ever got - it totally hard to do but much worth it....

Kazza I get those pains too - not any more, but for the first trimester with #2 and #3. I was just thinking today, it's a bit like baby is moving all its furniture in with it... tables (ouch) chairs (bump) dresser (oo ouch) lol :)

Thanks everyone, I feel a lot better now and I took Bombshell's advice and had a nice relaxing weekend. I am so glad I was told about this site, it is great to have so many other people to talk to that are going through or have been through this before all the support is amazing.
