Emma's random question of the day...

Willie bought me some Green Tea bath crystals yesterday and I am dying to use them. But I don't know if green tea extract is on the list of 'safe' herbs etc. for pregnancy.

Anyone else know?

i dont think bathing in it would be harmful at all... i do know that green tea is a source of vit K tho and i am sure i drank it when pregnant with toby.

I drank it when I was preg with Maya too, just not sure if I was actually supposed to?

Hi Emma,
I have been drinking pure green tea throughout my pregnancy - I am pretty sure it's safe to do so and I think it should be OK with the bath crystals for you too

I just googled it and didn't find any big nasty warning signs. So I guess I get to have my yummy green tea bath!

Willie also brought home some PPS hair goodies so I was very spoilt. The benefits of having a man that works at the tip when pallet loads of stuff are dumped...
