I have heard people tend to be more sick with girls.

But I had nausea (no throwing up) with both of mine (boy and girl) from as soon as I conceived til about 10wks. I went off more food with DS, but basically pretty similar.
DS (5yrs) and DD (3yrs)

My MS was much worse with my daughter. It started at 4 weeks and lasted till around 13 weeks. I only threw up once (with both pregnancies) but i had the worst nausea 24/7. With my son i think it started quite a bit later and i don't remember it being as bad. Funny thing is though i totally lost my appetite with him and lost 3kg in the first trimester whereas with my daughter i was STARVING all the time and didn't take me long to gain weight. Hehe.

With DD I had nausea from about 6-12wks and that was it, only vomited while in labour with her. With DS the nausea was the same, and then I vomited twice around 20wks (and again an hour after he was born lol).
DD 4yrs
DS 2yrs

I had hyperemisis with both my girls (hospitalised aswell) and just had mild case with my son tho was still very poorly. When pregnant with my angel twins I suffered the least! And now that I am pregnant again it's heading in the direction of what I had with my girls.

i had so little mild with my 1st 2, to the point it hardly exsisted i found as long as regularly sipped water when i felt a bit blah i was fine of course just the once I forgot to keep water bottle on hand.

with my 3rd and 4th I had zero ms not the slightest seediness.

and they are all boys.
