OK, so I'm naughty, the gremlins weren't supposed to have wheat till they get the all clear when they are tested in three weeks, and I know three weeks isn't a long time in the grand scheme of things, but I am impatient so tonight I gave them a piece of bread each and.....
NOTHING! No reactions! Even my poor little atopic Mercedes seems fine. Tomorrow will tell whether her exczema has flared again, but so far so good!

I thought I might have been a bit hasty when Mercedes woke up screaming at 10pm and took a good while to settle, and she had a rash across the bottom half of her face, but she's fine this morning, I gave them some more bread with breakfast and so far so good, so am thinking the rash last night was just a teething ras coz it didn't really look like an allergy rash, and her exczema isn't flary.
