rye flour? i can only find the small lil packets at countdown and thats $4.99 i was just woundring if anyone know were to get it in a bigger packet to save money

You can prob buy it from bulk bin shops, and also from the bulk bins at some health shops like Health2000.

Not sure where you live but the Commonsense Organics stores in Wellington have it in the bulk bins.

some supermarkets stock it.were in Dunedin and my mum said Healtheries make it. Our new world and fresh choice have it down here
