Just for the record I honestly thing this is a phase that all babies go through. On reading from these boards and talking to friends we all seem to have gone through the same thing - with slightly different ages.

Also I ensure that Amelia is put to bed reasonably full. She gets a bottle or boob about 15-20 before bed during the day and just before bed at night.

I read that your baby is sleeping quite well at night. Take heart that eventually they don't need a day sleep (so you won't have this worry ongoing) and if they sleep well at night then this will mostly continue.
