Hey ladies,
Just went into the hospital for my usual Bp check and it wasok. They put me on monitor and jaxon s heartbeat was all over the place. They kept me on it for two hours until he settled down. All was ok when I left. I am worried now incase something went wrong here at home. I did ask and they said he would be ok. Still in the back of my mind though. Ive been getting alot of pain and pressure down in tummy and other places in my tummy. I told the nurse that and she didnt seem concerned. Alot of back pain and just really uncomfortable. Went to the toilet and when I had finished I had turned to flush the toilet and there was a lot of fluid on toilet seat and floor. Didnt even feel it. Was confused about wheree it had come from. Cant be my waters. I dunno. Dont want to ring anyon incase it is just my bladder and didnt realise. Maybe I should just go to bed and see how I am in the morning. it was clear fluid. What would u do? I just been to hospital so you would think if they were concerned at all with bubs heartbeat the way it was I would not be here now.

How do you know it wasnt your waters? Are you sure? If you are worried ring your midwife and tell her you want to be checked. As for Jaxons heartrate, it is quiet likely there is nothing to worry about. They look for decelerations and how quickly they come back up, if they thought there were to many they would have kept you in. Kobes heart rate was all over the place every time I went to hospital because they make me really nervous and that effects teh baby. Now that I think about it Addisons was the same, when i was induced I had to wait almost an hour before they would start because her heart rate was all over the place and it was because I was anxious even though I didnt feel it.
With all the other symptoms you have been getting and now the fluid I would get checked out, dont worry if you have already been into hospital, if you are worried or not feeling right insist you are checked.

ok, first of all, it could have been your waters, put on a pad and see if you continue to leak - and also if it smells etc.. cos pee, or other chickie discharge tends to smell - amniotic fluid does not.. monitor it for the next hour or so. also, ring your midwife and let her know too, right now it is a pretty reasonable hour still really and if things do start to happen.. or if she thinks you might need to be checked or whatever, - then it's better to get the ball rolling now.. or at least she has a heads up that things might be on the go for you.
Calm down, sometimes baby's heatbeats can do funny stuff, depends on what it was doing as well.. and if you get tense and stressed it's going to affect bubs too.. (hard i know but still).
So yes, put on a pad.. see if it's still happening, and RING YOUR MW!
.. oh and be sure to post and let us know what's happening.

Yep id give the midwife a call thats what she gets paid for. Chuck on a pad. which i know this sounds gross but if your still leaking a bit she will prob want to have a sniff of it.
Big hugs, I know even though everyone tells you not to stress its hard not to.

Kellz when I thought my waters had broken with Briona (2nd) I was told to lie down for an hour with a pad in, and if it was waters, that when I got up it would kinda pour out for a minute. Try that if you're still unsure about your waters.

How are you going now?
Bubs heartbeat can be a bit all over the place if they are moving a lot too - one of mine kept jumping off the sensor when I had my last CTG which made for a freaky looking print out, but it was just that she was too wriggly.
