I know, this topic has been posted a hundred times already, but I'm too lazy to look for old threads!! What is everyones favourite inserts?? With all the new nappies I have bought lately I need some new inserts. My fav are bum genius MF and the nix-kidx hemp. What other inserts do people find really good - esp on a smaller baby!
 Thanks!

Next time I'm gonna try the Honeychild inserts but if you're happy with microfibre, you can get them fairly cheap from this TradeMe seller (they are friends of mine but I also have/use some of their inserts and they are a great size)

For daytime I have Fuzzi Bunz which I just stuff with the standard mf insert and a 2 layer mf doubler - this does Leo 3hrs no probs. But I also have a few Fuzzi take-off's which I bought off Trade Me last year (only $10 each new!) and they came with a hemp fleece trifold which I wrap in a mf cleaning cloth. Oh, and a HC which I use at night with a Nix-Kids 2-layer hemp trifold. The HC mf insert is very thick & fluffy but does take longer to try than the Fuzzi inserts.

Thanks! I have been wondering about trying the HC inserts, I know everyone was loving them when they first came out a few months back. It annoys me a bit how expensive inserts are though. Especially when you pay lots for the nappies as well. Will get some off your friends on trademe too, they look good!

I don't like the honeychild inserts, they don't last as long as my fuzzi inserts and they seem to collect a lot more crap off other washing (like bits of fluff and cotton etc).
I'm in love with microfibre/hemp inserts though |

Ok I only have fuzzis and bumgenius inserts and a couple of hemp ones from the snazzi shop but the bumgenius inserts are great - they hold as much as a fuzzi insert and a doubler combined.

The HC website doesn't say whether that special is for HC inserts or Fuzzi inserts? Did you find out? I agree with the comment about the HC inserts collecting fluff, they also take longer to dry than my other inserts. I'm not sure what the Ecobubs hemp trifolds are like but I bought some 2-layer hemp trifolds from Nix-Kids and they're fantastic for overnight. I top one with a mf insert and it lasts Leo 13+hrs (especially in a Foxybots!).
