I am going to pop out tomorrow and buy some merino to make a couple of swaddles/wraps for baby. How big should I make them? 1m x 1m? Would that last about 3mths? I can't really remember how big the ones were that we had for Jack.

1mx1m should be big enough, i wouldn't do any smaller though. My boy is 2 months and will still fit in his wraps for a while longer and they are about the same size.

Issy's were 1.3 wide by 1.3 long, it was awesome as she was able to be wrapped for ages and it was wide enough that she was unable to wriggle out.

Yeah I would go with 1.3m minimium as it just gives you that little extra room for getting them to stay in the wrap.

Great, thanks. Will look at getting about 2.5m then and that should make 2 wraps

1x1 wraps annoy me. My 1.2x1.2 wraps are awesome

(But then, I have tall bubbas)
