Ok so I had a minor accident (minor = Totalled car, but no one hurt) on Tuesday and I have discovered that sitting at my desk for hours on end is causing excrutiating back, neck and headaches.
A couple of people have recommended visiting a chiro or an osteo.
Can anyone here tell me what the difference is As i have no idea!!
Also, can anyone recommend on in west auckland? I also have no car now, so it has to be close to home!! lol

Oh no, hope it wasn't by the cemetry??

I go to an Osteo in Buscumb Ave, opposite the Henderson Police Station. It's good, and you should get ACC.

I visit the guy on Te Atatu Road up by the BP at Glendene roundabout (for memory that is relatively close for you??) cant remember his name, but its Stuhlmanns or something like that.

His treatments were great, I had around 8 of them for my back as I put it out while playing soccer about two years ago.

I was still able to continue playing soccer aswell during the treatments as he would strap my back for me which was nice of him!

Anyway, I don't knwo the diff between the two, but just wanted to recomend someone for you!

I've had one bad experience with an osteo so I went to a chiro when I hurt my back (but I've had issues with my back for ages) and I loooooove him. I think chiros are great when they use gentle techniques
