I can recommend a really great photographer in West Auckland. Rhema Photos She works from home with her husband, has awesome gardens, a studio and if your keen she has costumes for kiddies. My mum has been getting photos done there for the last 10 years. No sitting fee but it costs $100 minumum, which gets you 10 pictures. Her photos always come out beautifully.

Willie and I just had a portrait done by Patrick Bellett, it is AWESOME! Very pricey, but an heirloom that we can pass on to our kids.
Patrick is also shooting Maya next month as part of the Starkids competition, costs $80 to enter and have the sitting, then you just pay for the print. His website is www.phototime.co.nz

where i live (howick) we have John Cowan whos been photographing kids for 25 years and his usually win the photo comps
when caitlyn was 4months i went to a portrait place in this hell as fancy mansion called stuart riddell portraits and i only just finished paying it off early this year...$12 a week since 2002.....and its very very nice the portrait is baked on or something instead of glass covering and they touch up with artist brushes...but u can take just as nice ones at home i reckon......

Nikki, we are coming home just for a visit. Still 2.5 years to go! My Mother is the only one who has met Zac so the rest of our families can't wait to meet Zac.

Just looking at the wedding photos AngelNZ/Maria took maybe you could get her to go down to Auckland and take some, she does lovely photos!!
