Bombshell... we've got an uber-thread on that topic. Search for 'My foray into cloth nappies" and you should find all 9 pages of it.

I love Huggies best for newborns too but as Briona has got older I have switched to Pam's. Seem as good as Giggles to me, but cheaper. I get them at Pak n Save.

As for cloth nappies... I wouldn't leave clothies with a daycare, sounds like too much bother. I'd just settle with a disposables brand you are happy with. All the best for deciding!

I use mostly Air nappies from babyonline.co.nz and I find them great. On the odd occasion when I am slack and run out I use treasures and usually have no problems with them either. I thnk that if you jump onto baby online they will send you a trial, one of each brand of nappy so you can try them out and pick your favourite?

And the uber thread re cloth is fantastic! Well worth a read, I think it can be held responsible for many oh-baby-ers converting to cloth. And for the record, I know lots of daycares won't do cloth nappies but mine does, they'll only use systems like fuzzibunz...

I think alot of daycare's suply nappies tho don't they well the one we used did anyway so we just had to send Alan with one nappy for home time and they were happy to put him in a cloth for us.
I will never go back to using full time dposable's unless he weather was to turn really nasty or something it has saved us so much $$$ and LAan has only had one really nasny rash and that was cause silly Mum forgot to change him to a night nap before bed. Deffently cloth all the way. I only wash mine every second day, but will have to start everyday once baby is here no doubt.
