Aw that sucks about going through all that pain for nothing! But good that the babe stays in there, hopefully at least for two weeks. Babes coming early scare me a little.
So spend lots of time on hands and knees to try and get bubs in the right position!
Thinking of you Toni - lotsa hugs!

Hi Ladies, just an update.
Nothing has really changed, still lots of pains, sore back & if I spend any more time on my hands & knees I'm going to wear all the skin off LOL!
Big sigh of relief though, I managed to get hold of Spencer yesterday afternoon & he packed everyone up & headed straight home. Big relief for me!
Mum was really great but she is no good for cuddling up to in bed!
Anyway today I'm feeling alot better even with everything going on and I have an appointment with my midwife tomorrow to see what is happening and Spencer will be coming with me. I'm not ready for this baby yet so I'm keeping my legs crossed as tightly as possible.....at least until I get to 38 weeks anyway

Hi ladies.
My trip to the midwife went kind of ok. Bubs is fine & healthy, I had a high protein level & some blood in my urine though so I'm now on antibiotics and had some tests done. Should hopefully get the results in a couple of days if anything is wrong....so if I get no news its good news.
Pains last night made me cry coz they were so sore, but this could be all be because of an infection.
Bubs is sitting quite low and is very very long.....BUT the really excellent news is that he is has turned around again & is in an excellent position to head on out My midwife said if I can manage it to relax as much as possible, Bubs might head out early. Really hard to relax when I'm getting these pains but Spencer has taken over all the housework for now & is picking up some evening primrose oil capsules for me as I type.
So any tips on how to get everything moving or at least "prepared" would be helpful. I'm ready to try just about anything except castor oil.

glad to hear everything is ok Toni. Clare posted the other day about how to hurry things up and there were lots of ideas but I think the most reliable one is that bubs will come when hes ready!

Thanks Aimee, I will have to go have a hunt for that post. I have a nasty suspicion I will go overdue & have to be induced but I just want to do something so at least I can feel that I have tried to get things going.
And to be honest I'm really terrified at how big this baby is going to be. I'm really little and my midwife is guesstimating a 10 pound baby if I go to term since he seems to be quite long
I'm just starting to wish that I had just asked for the c-section.

Wow 10 pound? Still those guesses have been proven wrong in the past haven't they?
All the same is it too late to ask for a c-section?
Good luck sweetie!
